Tom connected with the Northeast Family of Churches in January of 2017. He and Debbie felt a sense of belonging with that fellowship very quickly. It was virtually "love at first sight."
Tom has over 45 years of ministry experience working in Arkansas, Texas, Iowa and Oregon. He led church plantings in Ames, Iowa as a full time minister and in Portland, Oregon as a bi-vocational minister. Tom and Debbie started leading the Arlington Central Church planting in January of 2018. They moved to Arlington in November 2018 to be with the people they fell in love with.
Tom retired from Fujitsu Network Communication in Richardson, Texas as a Senior Project Manager after nearly 20 years. There he showed a passion for ministry in the corporate world.
Tom loves being a disciple of Jesus. In particular, he loves still learning and being changed even in the later years of life. He is called to build discipleship in the church's adult population.

Brock grew up in Plano, TX and moved to Arlington to help start a college ministry plant in 2016. He has been a part of ACC from the beginning and really felt a connection with the vision that outreach and ministry are still vital and applicable in the adult discipleship. He is currently working full-time as a warehouse manager for Verona Marble Company and a part of the Bi-Vocational apprenticeship. He has a passion for outreach and believes that the church is made up of the people under Christ’s lordship, not the buildings they use, and that as Christ’s body here on earth, the Church is responsible for taking care of God’s people and pursuing them deeper in conversation, prayer, and action. He is bold in asking to pray for people and is not shy when it comes to pursuing you with the love of the Lord. Brock is an encourager, a comforter, and wants to speak the Lord’s truth and identity into your life. He has known the Lord most of his life, but after being pursued in his college ministry, he fully committed his life to being a life-long learner and student of Jesus. He is constantly learning how to live out the great command to make disciples in everyday encounters and wants to draw people into deeper thought and conversation about the Lord within their interaction.
On the side, he enjoys building computers, working out, watching anime and playing video games. If you like any of those things, he is your guy to nerd out with!
Josh moved into the DFW Metroplex in 2018. He grew up in a smaller town called Huntsville, TX until he started graduate school at UT Arlington. God has placed some amazing people in his life to bring him where he is today with the relationships he has and the community he is in. Josh has been a part of the ACC community since the beginning and loves it! He is involved in such a God-chasing, disciple-making, neighbor-loving family! When he is not hanging out with his amazing girlfriend Hannah, he is spending his free time cooking, playing video games, watching anime, and making music!
Matt grew up in a strong faith community in Wylie, on the edge of the DFW Metroplex boondocks with a family legacy of missionary work and discipleship. He has since lived throughout DFW and each move has been a spirit-led action, one of which facilitated Matt’s connection with Arlington Central Church. In January of 2018 when ACC was founded, Matt began taking graduate courses at UTA. By the grace of the Holy Spirit, he was able to move to Arlington to be more closely involved in both ACC and school. Although he has since graduated and recently moved to Irving, Matt continues to be an active member of the ACC community and eagerly looks forward to the soon-to-be-in-person meetings! When not working, spending time with friends & family, or eating, Matt enjoys exploration through hiking and motorcycling!
